Bruno Paillard Blanc de Noirs is made entirely from the first pressing of pinot noir grapes from four grand crus: Verzenay, Mailly, Verzy and Bouzy. Solessence Nature is the prolonged aging of the Solessence cuvée and without dosage. Time has refined the work, the wine is expressed in its natural balance. Production limited to around 3,500 bottles per year.
