Cristal Vinothèque 1997 celebrates the astonishing adventure of a few bottles kept for more than 20 years in the Louis Roederer cellars, in search of the perfect balance. The cuvée was aged 15 years on slats, then 5 years on « pointes » and benefited from a rest of 4 years after disgorgement.

Delamotte Brut is a Champagne made from 3 Champagne grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay which provides structure, 35% Pinot Noir from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy and Ambonnay for depth and fruity aromas. Finally 5% of Pinot Meunier complete the aromatic density.

Created in 1988 in homage to Elisabeth Salmon, co-founder of the House, this cuvée is distinguished by the brilliance and purity of a very great nobility with a unique character. This rare and refined great wine subtly offers the signature of the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay Grand Cru terroirs.
