Nicolas Maillart Rosé Grand Cru is a very technical cuvée that begins in the vineyard with the selection of plots of old Pinot Noir from the best terroirs of Bouzy. The estate uses the "saignee" method, i.e. the Pinot Noir grapes will macerate for a few hours to obtain the rosé color. Then, the Chardonnay is blended with the Pinot Noir to give freshness to this Cuvée.
Rare Rosé Millésime 2012 perfectly balances three families of sensations: floral, fruity and spicy. Condensed with aromas and freshness, this third rosé vintage from the house adds a facet to the style of Rare Champagne.
