A benchmark among grower Champagnes, Maison Egly-Ouriet has long been revered for its deep respect for terroir. The house is renowned for its meticulous winemaking: fermentation in oak barrels, extended aging on lees (far beyond Champagne norms), and no malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and structure. This results in intensely complex Champagnes, offering a rich texture and unmistakable vinous character.

Among its iconic cuvées, the Brut Grand Cru showcases the pure essence of its terroir, while the legendary Les Crayères Vieilles Vignes, a 100% Pinot Noir from century-old vines, is a true collector’s gem.
