Maxime Trijol Fins Bois 1980 is a Cognac with a pronounced mahogany robe, with copper highlights. Subtle viscosity. A.E. Dor Vieille Reserve N ° 8 comes from the House's old Cognacs Grande Champagne stocks. Despite its high alcohol content, 47%, it does not provide any aggressiveness to the palate thanks to a very long aging in humid cellars causing slow evaporation. Remarkable finesse!
