Audry XO is a blend of equal parts of Grandes and Petites Champagnes, also called Fine Champagne. First scents of black pepper, vanilla then floral and spicy touches. Old leather and hint of citrus. The nose is hazelnut, toast, anise, white flowers then mint. Silky and voluptuous entry in the mouth, bittersweet, nuances of dark caramel and almond. Very well blended blend. Alcohol does not dominate. Very nice length in the mouth.
The Audry house is a prestigious cognac house, renowned for the exceptional quality of its cognacs and its respect for artisanal traditions. Founded in 1878 by Auguste Edmond Audry, a cognac enthusiast who began by buying and aging eaux-de-vie for his own use before commercializing them.
The house experienced a period of dormancy in the mid-20th century before being revived in the 1970s by his descendants, who decided to reconnect with the family tradition. The Audry house is distinguished by its commitment to quality and authenticity. It favors traditional and artisanal methods of cognac production. Maison Audry emphasizes the prolonged aging of its eaux-de-vie, allowing for the development of complex and refined aromas.

The winter of 1993 was marked by bitterly cold, dry weather, followed by a mild, rainy spring. This particular climate...

Vallein-Tercinier XO Vieille Reserve is a blend of eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne aged 35 to 40 years old and blended for over 10 years for perfect consistency. Finesse and elegance for this velvet Cognac with melted spice notes.
A.E. Dor Vieille Reserve N ° 8 comes from the House's old Cognacs Grande Champagne stocks. Despite its high alcohol content, 47%, it does not provide any aggressiveness to the palate thanks to a very long aging in humid cellars causing slow evaporation. Remarkable finesse!
De Luze XO Fine Champagne Cognac is a blend of several eaux-de-vie selected and aged over the years by the Cellar Master to express the terroir of the Maison Boinaud vineyard.
