Historically this cuvée was known as "Blanc de Blancs" since the beginning of the 20th century. “Longitude” comes exclusively from Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Vertus, Oger, Avize, Cramant. Non-vintage, this cuvée contains 40% of wines from the estate's perpetual reserve, which began in 2004.

Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2009 is a tribute to Pinot Noir, a grape variety that requires excellence to achieve the sublime. However, this Cuvée expresses the perfect marriage between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir reflecting the tension between youth and maturity, exhibition and restraint.

Nicolas Maillart Rosé Grand Cru is a very technical cuvée that begins in the vineyard with the selection of plots of old Pinot Noir from the best terroirs of Bouzy. The estate uses the "saignee" method, i.e. the Pinot Noir grapes will macerate for a few hours to obtain the rosé color. Then, the Chardonnay is blended with the Pinot Noir to give freshness to this Cuvée.
