Vallein-Tercinier Single Cask 1995 Borderies is a very old Cognac distilled in 1995 from vines located on the Borderies Cru. The eau-de-vie spent 28 years in oak barrels before being bottled in 2023 "Brut de Fût".

Aged in Limousin oak barrels for around fifteen years, the XO Hardy eaux-de-vie express all the finesse and elegance of their native terroirs, Grande and Petite Champagne.

This very old Cognac comes from a joint ownership which was established upon the death of the winemaker several years ago. His widow and children manage the inheritance with prudence and patience, in memory of this man. One of the grandchildren took over the property, which has since become a large Borderies Cognac property. The grandfather's stock is, however, managed...
