Château Pichon Baron, a Second Grand Cru Classé in 1855, is a flagship estate of Pauillac in the heart of the Médoc. Its neo-Renaissance château, built in 1851, overlooks 73 hectares of vines, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A Fourth Growth from the Médoc, Château Saint-Pierre 1996 showcases the finesse and structure of Saint-Julien in a vintage known for its aging potential. With nearly 30 years of cellaring, it now displays a rich bouquet of ripe blackcurrant, leather, cedar, and blond tobacco. The palate is structured yet smooth, with fine, integrated tannins and a refined finish.
